Awesome show. Owner is not the most conventional guy, but he does what we does best and loves doing it. I think it is unique that he fixed items oppose to new world technique of “replacing”. I see lots of people are talking about care for forests, and of course, as we all care – but its evident that some trees they cut, decay and need to be cut. Also there is a time limit and a plan in progress of how to reseed to make sure the trees come back as they should. It is a cycle of life

From the beginning of using this tree service until the final product, I was impressed at their ability to respond quickly for an estimate and communicate everything the project entailed. I worked with JACOB and he’s the man! He gave me the best quote out of all the estimates I looked at. He arrived 30 min early to the job which I valued as a customer and shows their reliability to show up on time. During the estimate phase, JACOB walked me through the steps and tools they would use to get the job done. He assured and reassured me that no damages would be done on the property at all because of the experience he has with doing his job (we have a tiki bar and a tree was right next to it). During the actual project, I was able to check in with JACOB and each time I came out he was always cordial and polite. The team did a great job with the clean up process too. Our property looks so clean and will make installing a fence much easier. I highly recommend this tree service and if you can get JACOB to do the work, he and his team does not disappoint. The work Big Timber provided was exceptional and I would highly recommend. Although I’ve been waiting 2 weeks as my original services was rescheduled twice due to weather, they arrived, got the job done and personally apologized for the delay in getting our tree cutting done. The guys that worked on our service call were quick, friendly and they were extremely thorough. Not only were the guys good but the office professional was nice and she kept us informed on our rescheduled times. Wish I could give more stars.

Above and Beyond! Big Timber Tree Service went out of their way to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We had a tree with a chain link fence going through it on both sides that we needed taken down. Other companies told us that they were unable to take it down due to the metal fence post embedded in the tree. Well, Big Timber Tree was able to go the extra mile to get the job done. 100% satisfied. Highly Recommend.

Called for an estimate and was able to have someone come out that same day, that was the only estimate we needed. We knew from talking to Joe that day that Big Timber was the obvious choice. No BS, straight to the point. Helped us through the permit process. There was a whole team that came out to perform services and everyone knew exacty what their role was. Everything was efficient, the guys hustled and got it done. I’m very happy with my experience. We needed some dangerous pines cleaned up in our yard, so our young children had a place to play. We were suggested to try Big Timber through our community site. We reached out for an estimate, and Joe was able to fit us into his travels and make it out the same day. He gave us some recommendations, gave us a great price, and worked with us on the permit process. After the permit was granted, we quickly scheduled service. On the day of, the guys came out and efficiently handled the trees. They were true professionals. I was very happy to work with Big Timber. Wish the guys best of luck.
